Plot:

Debbie and Marvin invest in the evil Amityville House to make a profit. But this place comes with baggage: its dark past is undying. And as the couple and their friends renovate the ramshackle colonial mansion, spine-chilling supernatural incidents soon put everyone's logic to the test.
