Plot:
A villager couple has quadruplets. The minister wants to celebrate the rarity and send his delegate to make sure the mayor prepared the town hall. Since the elevator is stuck, a repair man is ordered, but can't come in time. The parents already got stuck with four babies, so Gert, Alberto, Van Leemhuyze and even Samson play the kids, the mayor their mother, as the minister can't see properly without his spectacles, which the delegate makes disappear.
